How CollegePlanner360 works

CollegePlanner360 takes you from “where do I even start?” to a clear, personalized plan. Here’s the whole journey in five steps — most students do the first three in their first sitting.

1

Build your standardized profile

Add your academics, activities, awards, projects, and goals. We capture school context and course rigor — not just labels — so everything that follows is accurate to your situation.

2

See exactly where you stand

Your profile is scored across six dimensions. The Gaps view shows your real strengths and the specific things holding your application back — the diagnosis before the plan.

Get a grade-by-grade, prioritized set of actions tuned to your pathway and ambition level — concrete next steps, not generic advice.

Good to know

  • Free to start. Build your full profile, see your gaps, and get your top recommendations at no cost. Opportunity360 Plus unlocks unlimited opportunities and the full roadmap.
  • Your essays stay yours. The Workshop Assistant asks questions and coaches your thinking — it never writes your essay. Your work must be your own.
  • Always verify the details. College and opportunity information is gathered from public sources and may change — confirm deadlines and requirements directly with each school and the Common App.
  • Parents and counselors can help. Students can share a read-only view with a parent, and add a vetted counselor for a professional plan review.
